About me
I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran in a bilingual family.
I can talk a few languages besides English, including Farsi, Azeri, and Italian. I have been living in 5 different countries in the past decade of my life.
Interests
Outside academia, I pursue a few hobbies and interests.
I am keen on trying new food and have explored different cuisines while traveling. Being interested to become a food taster, I joined the Yelp Elite Squad and remained a member for a few years.
I am also a big fan of photography, especially capturing pictures of nature and landscapes.
